Job Title: Project Manager Engineering Document Control

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Construction Document Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing construction documentation for commercial construction projects, preferably in the life sciences or healthcare sectors. This individual will possess strong proficiency in Procore and the ability to interpret construction drawings. With at least five years of experience in construction administration, this role demands attention to detail and a proactive approach to document management.

Responsibilities

-Manage and maintain construction project documents, ensuring accuracy, version control, and compliance with project requirements.

-Serve as the central point for document control, organizing and distributing RFIs (Requests for Information), Submittals, and other critical project documentation.

-Utilize Procore for document management, workflow coordination, and project tracking.

-Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to address document-related inquiries and ensure smooth project operations.

-Ensure documentation aligns with regulatory standards and company policies, particularly for projects within the life sciences or healthcare industries.

-Review and interpret construction drawings to ensure document accuracy and effective communication with project teams.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or technical field from an accredited university.

  • Minimum of five (5) years of construction document control experience in a commercial construction environment. Healthcare or Pharmaceutical preferred.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
