Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Manager/Supervisor located in Clarkton, North Carolina. The role primarily involves managing and supervising accounting functions, using various accounting software systems, and ensuring effective enterprise resource planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, as well as auditing and billing functions.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and supervising all accounting functions within the organization

• Utilizing accounting software systems such as ADP - Financial Services and Great Plains (GPAC)

• Ensuring effective Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and ERP solutions

• Overseeing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Carrying out auditing tasks as necessary to ensure financial compliance

• Managing billing functions within the organization

• Processing customer credit applications accurately and efficiently

• Maintaining accurate customer credit records

• Monitoring customer credit accounts and taking appropriate action to collect delinquent payments. Requirements • Proven experience in a similar role as an Accounting Manager/Supervisor.

• Proficiency in accounting software systems.

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is essential.

• Practical knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions.

• Experience with Great Plains (GPAC) is necessary.

• Strong understanding of accounting functions.

• Expertise in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Experience in auditing procedures.

• Familiarity with billing functions.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organization skills.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.

• Professional certification (e.g. CPA) is a plus.
