As a Outbound Shipping Analyst based in México, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our products to our bottling partners and maintaining our promise of excellent service to our customers. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives in ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy.

What You'll Do for Us:

Coordinate and oversee outbound deliveries to the bottling system, ensuring a perfect order process that meets customer expectations.

Manage the concentrate billing processes for our plants, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

Assist with outbound shipments for internal projects, coordinating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Handle reverse logistics authorizations for rejections at military checkpoints or defects in transit, ensuring compliance and resolution.

Support the Devex process with carriers, managing returns from bottlers and ensuring all transactions are captured accurately in SAP.

Utilize digital tools, such as Fourkites and TM systems, to enhance logistical operations and maintain real-time tracking of shipments.

Act as the primary point of contact for third-party suppliers involved in Arco activities, ensuring compliance and efficiency in operations.

Monitor and ensure all logistics-related KPIs are met in alignment with company goals and standards.

What are the Qualifications Needed :

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the beverage industry or a related FMCG sector.

Proficiency in SAP and familiarity with digital tracking tools such as Fourkites and TM systems.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Spanish and English.

Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Capability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
