As a Sustainability Manager for Mexico you will have the opportunity to support and build the Sustainability strategy for the region.

Here's some of the things you'll be doing:

  • Supports Sustainability Lead to ensure compliance of Sustainability Strategy (Water, Packaging, Sustainable Agriculture, Climate & Energy) at North Region level, in line with LA OU Sustainability guidelines;

  • Implement the processes and routines to track and monitors the Sustainability KPI´s at North Region level;

  • Support Sustainability Lead to ensure Sustainability principles are embraced by the entire North Region;

  • Provide support to Sustainability Lead to ensure Sustainability Agenda integration into business planning processes and priorities, leadership behaviors, company values and Business Strategy & Plans, delivering the Vision of Sustainable Growth;

  • Coordinate the Annual Sustainability Report for North region, to guarantee consistency across franchise units;

  • 80% of the work is focused on the short to mid-term strategies and plans, whilst 20% of the work should be focused on long-term (such as BP process)

General Requirements:

  • Fluent English and Spanish

  • Minimum 3 years of total working experience in different areas. Proved knowledge and experience with Sustainability related subjects

  • Knowledge of and ability to apply basic sustainability concepts (e.g., externality matrix, social-environmental impact, ODS, ESG, circular economy, recyclability, water replenishment, GRI report, etc.) used in the development of Sustainability plans;

  • Ability to work in multi-functional teams

  • Knowledge of sustainability management tools (externality study / impact matrix / sustainability report)

  • Knowledge about key challenges regarding water, packaging, agriculture, climate and energy for our industry

  • Strong ability to work agilely in different teams, both inside & outside of the system

  • Strong stakeholder management and ownership to set and track the agenda.

  • Analytical skills complemented with data-oriented vision & communication
