Emerson HR Business Partner in CIUDAD DE MEXICO, Mexico
Responsibilities include leading key HR processes for client groups, including:
Advise employee and managers on HR related policies, programs and procedures ensuring standardization and consistency
Manage “Speak Up” system and employee relations issues.
Coach business leaders and first line supervisors on handling employee issues
Assist with Compensation & benefits communications or issues as well as annual salary planning
Assist with talent acquisition (analyze headcount needs, forecast and support offer letters process)
Maintain accurate Job Descriptions for all positions across the site
Perform on boarding plans and ensure completion of main onboarding processes (i.e. 30-60-90)
Identify and coordinate employee development programs and training plans
Research effectiveness of HR programs and propose improvements to policies, programs and procedures to ensure higher effectiveness and operations
Implement approved or revised HR policies and perform presentations on HR compliance topics
Manage HR Projects (New applications, Procedures, etc.)
Administer Focus groups to evaluate environment, culture, and overall employee satisfaction. Coach business leaders on action plans
Assist with performance management process (Performance Appraisals, Performance Improvements Plans, etc.)
Ensure employment law compliance and deploy employees’ terminations.
Deploy talent engagement, support IDP´s elaboration and retention programs
The HR Business Partner will be responsible for additional key company initiatives including:
Visa Requirements
Communications Plan
Employee Opinion Survey and actions
Ethics compliance
Relocation processes
“Trade Compliance activities/tasks, if applicable”
Talent and Organizational Review Processes
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources MBA is a plus
6+ years’ experience in Human Resources
Minimum 3 years employee relations experience
Solid Human Resources Background/Experience
Experience in Multinational Companies preferred.
Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform effectively in a heavily matrix environment.
History of successfully coaching leaders
Execution oriented, thorough and analytical
Capable of handling multiples projects / initiatives simultaneously and executing to completion
Validated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can effectively work with all levels of a global workforce.
Working knowledge and experience with MS Office
Excellent People Skills, Empathetic
Excellent Interpersonal Skills (oral, verbal and great listener)
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and balance workload to meet deadlines.
Strong and objective analysis and decision-making skills
Fluent in English
