Emerson ETS Technical Leader in CIUDAD DE MEXICO, Mexico

Project technical responsible for the ETS product scope giving support to the Project Manager for main activities as Functional Design development, planning of engineering resources for the project, Bill of Materials approval, user documentation review to be approved for construction, coordination of testing activities FAT & SAT and responsible for closing deviations before deliveries to the customer.

ETS portfolio includes Emerson SCADA, TAS Software, RTU, Flow computers, and Software for pipeline transport systems.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance and support in designing and implementing flawless engineering solutions.

  • Collaborate with teams from various departments to identify project requirements and effectively implement engineering strategies.

  • Establish and uphold engineering standards and effective procedures, ensuring consistent quality control.

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to determine the most effective engineering techniques and tools for each project.

  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure project completion within designated timelines.

  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and innovation among team members.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in engineering technology and industry trends, allowing for continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • 5+year of relevant experience

  • Equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field is also acceptable.

  • Proven experience in engineering roles, preferably in a leadership capacity.

  • Strong technical expertise in engineering principles, with a focus on [specific engineering field].

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and clients.

  • Strong motivation to consistently improve and achieve outstanding outcomes.

  • Ability to compete effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • English Level B2.
