Oracle Client Success Specialist IV in CIUDAD DE MEXICO, Mexico

Job Description

This role focuses on proactive engagement, guidance, and support, leveraging the Oracle Cloud Success Navigator framework to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. The specialist acts as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate their cloud journey and maximize their investment in Oracle Cloud. In addition, this role helps facilitate customer adoption strategies and promotes best in class experiences. Success in this role requires experience in customer facing positions.

Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding and Adoption:

  • Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to Oracle Cloud.

  • Develop and deliver tailored adoption plans based on client needs and business objectives.

  • Provide training and education on Oracle Cloud features and best practices.

  • Proactive Engagement and Support:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships.

  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess client health and progress.

  • Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks to client success.

  • Provide timely and effective support, resolving client inquiries and issues.

  • Oracle Cloud Success Navigator Implementation:

  • Utilize the Oracle Cloud Success Navigator framework to guide clients through their cloud journey.

  • Help clients define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.

  • Leverage Success Navigator tools and resources to provide personalized guidance and recommendations.

  • Value Realization and Advocacy:

  • Help clients quantify the business value of their Oracle Cloud investment.

  • Identify opportunities for clients to expand their use of Oracle Cloud solutions.

  • Advocate for client needs and feedback within Oracle.

  • Gather client feedback, and provide that feedback to the relevant Oracle teams.

  • Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, support, and product development, to ensure client success.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear and concise updates on progress and issues.

  • Document all client interactions and progress within Oracle's CRM systems.

  • Continuous Learning:

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Oracle Cloud features and best practices.

  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
