Gran oportunidad de unirse a Emerson líder mundial en tecnología y software de automatización. Se unirá como BDM de Modernizaciones, Nearshoring y diversificación para Liderar el esfuerzo de ventas de foco SYSS para proyectos de modernización, incrementar la diversificación en las industrias de enfoque por medio de la fuerza de ventas de Emerson y socios; así como aprovechar el performance de las empresas debido a los beneficios que trae el Nearshoring.

Responsabilidades y requisitos:

• Liderar el esfuerzo de ventas de foco SYSS, para proyectos de modernización, diversificación y aprovechamiento del Nearshoring

• Alinear esfuerzos y enfoque a la estrategia PSS para la industria privada, así como crecer la participación de mercado

• Asegurar el enfoque de la fuerza de ventas de Emerson y socios en el plan de acción basado en la segmentación de las industrias

• Obtener y habilitar los recursos globales de Emerson SYSS.

• Liderar seminarios y presentaciones para clientes

• Sólida experiencia en ventas senior, incluida la capacidad de desarrollar rápidamente relaciones con los clientes, a nivel C o de planta.

• Pensador estratégico - capaz de desarrollar estrategias de ventas.

• Gestionar la ambigüedad.

• Mínimo 10 años de experiencia profesional en ventas en el mercado de Automatización.

• Habilidades de comunicación fluida en español/inglés,

• 70% del tiempo viajando por todo el país de México.

• Pasaporte vigente y visa americana.
