Job Summary :

Business administration means handling day-to-day tasks to ensure various departments run smoothly.

Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:

• Managing and responding to emails, phone calls and other forms of communications

• Providing office support so that staff can work smoothly with customers internal & external.

• Maintaining organized files and records of business activity

• Order entry of customer orders on to company system.

• Reception duties to include answering phone and booking visitors into site.

• Provide Customer Service by assisting with the warranty process & delivery paperwork.

• Supporting NCR process by maintaining the database.

• Any other administrator duties as and when requested.

Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:

Required Qualifications:

• 4 GCSE’s including Math’s and English Level 4 or equivalent.

• Computer Literate - Proficient in Microsoft suite.

• Business admin and office environment/Customer service experience.

• 37.25 hours per week
