Job Title: Accounting Manager

Job Description

As an Accounting Manager, you will oversee the financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting. You will manage the month-end and year-end close processes and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. In collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will work to improve financial processes and systems. Your role will also involve providing leadership and mentorship to the accounting team, with direct oversight and review of 2 Senior Accountants. The ideal candidate will be familiar with NetSuite ERP system.

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Circle Pines, Minnesota and some days remote.

Work Environment

The candidate will work out of the office in Blaine 4 days a week and from home on Fridays. Additionally, summer hours allow for remote work on Wednesdays and Fridays between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
