EMSL Analytical Inc. Contracts Administrator in Cinnaminson, New Jersey

EMSL is seeking a Contracts Administrator in Cinnaminson, NJ. This role is hands on managing the full contract life cycle and all administrative duties for the department. The ideal candidate has a background in business contracts in a high-volume setting and possesses the ability to work with complex contract schedules. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Execution of contracts, subcontracts, work orders, task orders, NDA's and tracking for counter executed copiesThe completion and tracking of multiple items in each day, heavy e-mail and phone communication, database work and administrative tasks as neededContinual coordination between multiple departments throughout the life cycle of all documentsPrepare letters and modify documentsEFT/ACH forms to be forwarded to Accounting Department as neededMaintain departmental filing and tracking systemsGenerate and modify reports and documents using Word, Excel, or Adobe as neededSubpoena's, expert witness and legal document supportComplete on-line and hard-copy vendor forms and registrations to allow for Clients and Suppliers to work with EMSLWork independently and within a team on special, nonrecurring and ongoing projectsAssist in all general administrative duties and other duties as required Requirements:Associate's or bachelor's degree preferredFive to seven years office experience in an contracts, insurance, or medical billing position Legal background a plus- experience with subpoenas is desired Skilled in verbal & written communication, customer service, time management, and decision-making Team player and works well and professionally with all levels of the organization and external contactsProficient with computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe)Ability to create, manipulate and maintain databasesAbility to organize and manage multiple projectsStrong attention to detail and personal initiativeAbility to produce error-free work and to adapt quickly to new work assignments and situationsReliable, on-time attendanceBackground check required Available Shift:Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. For consideration all candidates must apply through our careers website: https://phf.tbe.taleo.net/phf02/ats/careers/v2/viewRequisition?org=EMSL&cws=40&rid=4320 EMSL Offers full time benefits: medical, dental, 401(k), voluntary benefits, paid time off, holiday pay, flexible spending accountTo find out more about EMSL Analytical, Inc. please visit our website at: www.emsl.comEOE including Veterans and Disabled
