Description Robert Half is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contract to permanent Staff Accountant to join our dynamic team. This position will initially be on a contract basis with the strong possibility of becoming a permanent role based on performance and company needs. An ideal candidate would have solid accounting skills and experience alongside an ability to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: Maintain financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts. Prepare journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations and assist with monthly close processes. Conduct variance analysis and process re-engineering to enhance financial performance. Ensure compliance with all internal processes and relevant regulations. Assist with audits and resolve audit findings. Participate in the budgeting and forecasting processes. Collaborate with the team to improve financial procedures. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field. Proven experience as a staff accountant, preferably within our industry. Knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Hands-on experience with accounting software like QuickBooks or SAP. Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and an analytical mind. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Microsoft Excel.
