Sodexo Senior Area Executive Chef in Cincinnati, Ohio
Role Overview
Sodexo is seeking an experienced Senior Area Executive Chef for a Campus District . States will include Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio and Wisconsin .This position provides culinary support to units in terms of cross unit culinary expertise, sales presentation support, bench strength to District/Area. This position can live in any of the 5 states close to a major airport, with 60-65% travel involved.

What You'll Do
ensure Sodexo Culinary Standards including recipe compliance and food quality
manage food costing, controls and compliance
develop menus and manage inventory
have high expectations for customer service and quality of food
have the ability and willingness to develop and train frontline employees
have a passion for food and innovation
have knowledge of special diets and allergens

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years
