UC Health Regisered Nurse, Clinical Supervisor, Blood Cancer Healing Center in Cincinnati, Ohio
UC Health is hiring a full Time Registered Nurse (RN) for BMT/Hematology department for the second shift. Be a part of a growing Bone Marrow Transplant and Infusion program, by making an indelible impact cancer patient’s lives through caring for them with the most advanced treatment.
The Clinical Shift Supervisor assumes the responsibility for ensuring excellent patient care is being delivered, maintaining expeditious patient flow with a focus on customer service, and supervision of nursing staff. The Clinical Shift Supervisor will provide input on staff evaluations and complete evaluations for their regular staff cohort. The Clinical Shift Supervisor will also assist with cost containment, and manage all employees to do the same. The position requires knowledge of leadership and effective interpersonal communication skills.
