We're looking for a QA Manager to join our ever-evolving N.A. Merchant QA Core Platform leading the CDP (Cloud Data Platform) and TDM (Test Data Management) teams to help us unleash the potential of every business. Are you ready to make your mark? About the team As part of an Agile team, you'll lead and support the DDP team with testing the design, development and implementation of data solutions that meet the needs of our organization, often leveraging data to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency. The TDM team provides obfuscated and randomized PII/PCI compliant data from Prod to Non-Prod environments for teams to use their testing. What you'll own Team Leadership and Development - Lead, mentor, and manage QA engineers, ensuring continuous skill development and high performance. Implement performance management frameworks, including clear performance objectives, regular performance reviews and career development plans to build a high performing team. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes open communication, knowledge sharing and professional growth. Develop and Implement QA Strategies - Design and enforce quality assurance policies, processes, and best practices to ensure product reliability and compliance. Test Planning and Execution - Oversee test case creation, automation strategies, and execution across various platforms and environments. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams - Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align QA objectives with business goals. What you'll bring Possess strong technical skills in programming languages (like Python or SQL), data warehousing and data lake technologies, cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). The pay range for this full-time position is $105,070.00 - $176,520.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location.
