Please note that this is not a virtual role and sponsorship is not available for this role About the team: This individual will be part of a small high-performing and results-oriented team that has years of experience in bringing world-class global fraud solutions to market for Worldpay merchant clients. The small team is responsible to drive a unique strategy that places Worldpay in the forefront of the fintech industry with innovative, bold, and disruptive solutions. About the role: As a Product Owner, this individual serves as the central resource with design, process, test, quality, and operations as the product(s) move to production and distribution. Involvement lasts throughout all stages of a product's lifecycle including modifications, upgrades and maintenance of the product or product line. What you will be doing? Understands product strategy, market, industry, and client goals. Works with stakeholders to understand business problem statements and convert them into user stories. Articulates product vision and user stories in a manner clearly understandable to development teams. Manages backlog of user stories for one or more products. Reviews and provides feedback on test plans to ensure application changes meet acceptance criteria. Monitors the development progress and provides updates to stakeholders, as requested. Applies Agile methods and processes to promote a disciplined project management process that encourages frequent inspection and adaptation of ongoing work product. Leads planning and review meetings to communicate feedback on development achievements. Provides content for product roadmaps, ensures timely delivery and provides business reasons for any changes/revisionsmade to roadmaps. Completes business scope documents and defines and documents user personas for individual products. Manages vendor relationships key to product delivery. Collaborates with vendor support managers for oversight and maintenance of all secondary and support vendor relationships. Interacts with key suppliers and partners.Coordinates and facilitates pilot activities acting as primary contact with client, securing pilot agreement and monitoring progress. Determines success criteria and recommends "go / no go" decision. Acts as escalation point for client issues that require product change resolution (does not include standard problem escalation process. Determines and approves all service level agreements (SLAs) related to products and includes with business scopedocuments. Works closely with development teams to review enhancement requests for strategic value and align resources to high priority project. Where you will own it: Cincinnati, OH What you will need: Bachelor's degree and three years Fintech operational productexperience/knowledge. Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience and systems development environment experience are preferred. Strong negotiation, organization, management, analytical and people skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g., executive, management, individual contributors) Positive outlook, strong work ethic, and responsive to internal and external clients and contacts Very organized and detail-oriented; able to work with shifting priorities. Love analyzing issues and devising efficiencies to better the client experience.
