About the role:
As a Business Development Manager for TQL, you will be responsible for helping launch and expand new lines of business. You will research, plan, recommend and implement scalable operations and processes across the entire business to improve service quality and profitability.

What you'll be doing:
- Help lead the expansion of existing and new service lines to support TQL's growth strategy
- Perform gap analysis between current and target state and recommend strategic initiatives
- Help identify, manage, and implement risk management and continuous improvement projects
- Lead cross-functional teams to help ensure deliverables are on time and within budget
- Assist with team and company-wide communications and training to support change management
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis on performance of new initiatives
- Manage and develop a small team of individuals that help with customer onboarding, implementing best practices, and reporting & reviewing operational performance
What you need:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field required
- 3-5 years of project management or business leadership experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Experience working directly with customers
- Experience leading change management initiatives with cross functional teams
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a high sense of urgency
- Ability to combine strategic vision with everyday tactical detail and a strong urge for action
- Clear communication with the ability to adapt the message and delivery to fit the audience
- Knowledge of the transportation industry preferred
