Responsibilities
The Payroll Representative is responsible for bi-weekly preparation of branch payroll for corporate processing.
Adheres to the Corporate Compliance Program, including confidentiality of HIPAA protected health information. Maintains confidentiality of patient, employee and organizational information
Completes required payroll audits and corrects issues such as overlaps, excessive visit time, etc.
Ensures office employees time is accurately completed in the payroll system.
Works with branch leadership to appropriately process non-visit activity.
Communicates with the branch leadership regarding payroll issues and obtains appropriate authorization for overtime, bonuses, etc.
Answers questions from field staff regarding paychecks.
Completes all required payroll processes by payroll deadline.
Works closely with appropriate corporate office departments to resolve billing and payroll issues.
Provides documentation as required or requested by corporate payroll
All other duties as assigned.
Qualified Candidates must reside in Ohio to be considered for this position
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of Two (2) years of payroll related experience.
Proficiency with a calculator and simple math.
Strong computer skills, familiar with multiple software programs
Excellent organizational and time management skills required.

Pay Range
$16.66 - $22.91 /hour
