For more information visit gobearcats.com. Job Overview The University of Cincinnati (UC), Football unit seeks applications for an Athletic Intern. This is a full time, hourly position, not benefit eligible, lasting 12 months with the possibility of an extension for a maximum duration of 24 months. The successful candidate will report to the Recruiting Manager and will be expected to support the Football unit while following University of Cincinnati and departmental policies, NCAA Division I, and Conference bylaws and regulations. The position requires some evening and weekend hours. Essential Functions Assist the High School and Transfer evaluation process. Work with Communications team to facility coach to recruit communication. Work with On-Campus team to coordinate formation of visits. Help oversee student team and acquisition of new student workers. Assist in the organization and data updates of our recruiting database. Required Education Bachelor's Degree. Required Experience Skilled in the use of personal computer and related software applications. Desire to pursue a career within intercollegiate athletics. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Ability to use independent judgement and to manage and impart information. Must maintain NCAA compliance while in this role.
