Our Talent Advisor is accountablefor:

• Managing andexecuting strategies to drive employee engagement, creativity,development, and performance

• Executing programsthat drive redeployment/retention, skill improvement, andefficient communication

• Activelyinform Talent of safety policies, standard methodologies, andupdates

• Driving andexecuting process improvements based on feedback and engagementscores

• Maintainingoperational efficiency and delivery at the highest quality services tomeet the customer needs

Essential Skills, Knowledge, andExperience:

• Proficientunderstanding of HR/staffing practices such as on-boarding, off-boarding,talent management, employment law, and contract language

• Ability toactively build and maintain both internal and external businessrelationships

• Results-Oriented,hardworking, and have strong attention to detail in a constantlyevolving environment

• Ability tocommunicate effectively with multiple levels of management

Seeking minimum 2 years' experience in an onsite employee management capacity.
