Job Title: Front Office Administrator
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Office Administrator to join our team. This role requires managing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, computer savvy, and a team player with a minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration.
Responsibilities
Answer phone calls and manage multi-line phone systems
Cover all front office tasks, including ensuring the lobby is clean, organized, and tending to waiting customers
Assist with printing shop orders
Manage part sales and warranty claims
Check in vehicles and write orders dispatched from manufacturing
Revise orders daily based on changes made through the revision system
Ensure all orders are entered, maintained, and completely accurate
Assist with invoicing, shipping, receiving, and other administrative tasks
Essential Skills
Experience as a receptionist handling multi-line phone systems
Proficiency in managing inbound and outbound calls
Strong administrative support skills
Bilingual capabilities
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Office Administrator
Computer savvy
Attention to detail
Team player

Work Environment
This is a brand new position created during a move. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:30pm, with no weekends and some flexibility required.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
