To excel in this role, you'll need to be courageous. This role requires an individual who is results-driven. For this role, we're really keen to bring in someone who has a FMCG background. This role would really suit somebody who is organised, confident, and articulate to deliver information to a variety of stakeholders.Your remit is to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting, you will be responsible for driving improved commercial and trend analytics. Your day to day activities will include owning key aspects of the financial planning and analysis process along with quarterly forecasting for the channel development business unit.

The Finance Manager will have responsibility for supporting the business with analysis, planning and reporting across key commercial channels. They will be a key player in data governance and will work towards defining and supporting the business unit on its approach to data management and financial modelling. This role will also be a key strategic partner to our external commercial partners and our internal stakeholders.

The Key Requirements...

• The ability to present financial information in a concise manner to C Suite level stakeholders

• Line management experience

• Advanced financial modelling skills

• Strong commercial mindset

As a finance manager within our channel development team you will have some line management responsibilites. Along with analysing and providing feedback on monthly financial results and key performance measures.

You’re not the type to be focused on the small things and not able to look at the wider strategic picture and its impact on the whole business. The role isn’t about being shortsighted or neglecting the bigger picture and its implications for the entire organization.

In this role, you will be pragmatic and provide appropriate solutions to business leaders. This is a challenging role where you will be given opportunities to grow and develop through partnering with multiple business functions within Starbucks
