ManpowerGroup Treasury Junior Manager in Chicago, Illinois

Our client, a leading provider of real estate and investment solutions, is seeking a Treasury Junior Manager to join their team. As a Treasury Junior Manager, you will be part of the Treasury Operations department supporting the treasury and back-office functions team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Treasury Junior Manager

Location: Hybrid in Chicago IL

Pay Range: $55 to $70 per hour

What’s the Job?

  1. Handle daily operational tasks and manage team activities to ensure efficient workflow.

  2. Provide leadership and support to analysts, guiding them through complex treasury operations.

  3. Oversee the resolution of Zendesk tickets and ensure timely responses to treasury-related issues.

  4. Manage access and approval processes for wire payments, ensuring no delays during staff PTO.

  5. Lead the initiative to update signers on accounts and streamline paperwork processes.

What’s Needed?

  1. Proven experience in a managerial role within treasury operations or a banking environment.

  2. Strong leadership and team management skills.

  3. Proficiency in Zendesk and familiarity with Kiriba or similar treasury software.

  4. Advanced Excel skills for data management and reporting.

  5. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
