• As a Senior Associate, you\'ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex accounting issues from s oping to execution
• Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems
• Partner directly with the executive team to assist and make decisions in the best interest of the growth of the client and practice
• Actively participate in executing the current pipeline and proactively seek new opportunities to bolster pipeline and accomplish growth objectives for the team
• Using a broad range of tools and techniques extract insights from industry and sector trends to apply to current and target client
• Seek and identify solutions to best serve the customer as a whole and at the engagement levels
• Build and develop professional network, both internally and externally
• Continually communicate with clients to set expectations, timeline, and status of engagements
• Develop personalized learning plan and career goals that best suit your career trajectory

Qualifications

Successful candidates will meet the following requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree in accounting required

CPA or actively pursuing certification

2+ years of experience in audit and/or accounting, with heavy US GAAP exposure, at a professional services organization (preferably a national public accounting/advisory firm)
