Overview

As a Product Manager, you will partner with our clients to define and deliver Marketing Technology (MarTech) solutions that enable personalized, data-driven, and omnichannel marketing at scale, relentlessly focused on driving superior business outcomes for our customers. You will lead a collaborative, cross-functional, and high-performance team working with CX/UX designers, developers, and senior management to deliver products and platforms that power campaign orchestration, audience segmentation, personalization, measurement, and content management—empowering marketing and growth teams to drive performance with precision.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong and deep understanding of the client organization’s goals and priorities, competitive market positioning, and market differentiation.

  • Define and execute MarTech features aligning with the strategic vision and platform roadmap.

  • Partner with marketing and growth stakeholders to understand evolving needs, pain points, and opportunities, and drive fast learning cycles through design, development, and testing.

  • Lead the implementation and integration of tools across the MarTech ecosystem, ensuring interoperability, data flow, and governance.

  • Drive unification of first-, second-, and third-party data across platforms (e.g., CRM, web analytics, POS, mobile app).

  • Implement and scale customer identity resolution and consent management solutions to power personalization and ensure compliance.

  • Champion personalization-at-scale by enabling real-time targeting, dynamic content delivery, and next-best-action logic across web, email, SMS, mobile app, and paid media.

  • Own integration between the CDP and execution platforms such as Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable, and Facebook/Google Ads.

  • Configure and manage decisioning engines and rules-based targeting to support personalized, omnichannel journeys.

  • Stay current on emerging trends in MarTech, AdTech, privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, CPRA), and GenAI to influence strategy and compliance.

  • Apply AI/ML and GenAI to marketing use cases including content generation, predictive segmentation (e.g., churn or conversion likelihood), subject line generation, asset metadata tagging, and creative optimization.

  • Ensure marketing workflows support experimentation and testing, including A/B and multivariate testing strategies.

  • Monitor product performance using KPIs like campaign lift, audience engagement, marketing ROI, and operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with legal, data governance, and security teams to ensure compliant data collection, storage, and usage practices.

  • Drive adoption and usage of marketing tools by creating training materials, onboarding playbooks, and internal documentation.

  • Familiarity with DMPs, tag management systems, real-time decisioning engines, dynamic content delivery systems, and personalization frameworks.

  • Strong data fluency—ability to work with analysts and engineers to ensure clean, actionable customer data pipelines.

  • Experience integrating MarTech tools with CRM, eCommerce, CMS, and analytics platforms.

  • Comfortable aligning cross-functional teams across marketing, engineering, analytics, and legal.

  • Experience with privacy platforms such as OneTrust, TrustArc, or Sourcepoint.

  • Ability to define and measure success using attribution models, experimentation frameworks, and analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, GA4, Tableau, or Looker.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
