This is a full time, permanent position, 40 hour work week, hybrid schedule, full benefits, and competitive compensation (paying between \$70K-\$100K)
Skills required and Job Duties include the following:
- At minimum 2+ years of legal experience - preferably in Commercial Real Estate experience
- Work with outside counsel on legal due diligence issues
- Coordinate due diligence process and deadlines for multiple transactions
- Order third party due diligence reports (ie: Survey, Zoning, Environmental Phase I\'s and Property Condition Assessments)
- Prepare closing settlement statements
- Coordinate with title company on closings
- Assist with additional projects as needed
