Qualified attorneys will have 2-6+ years of experience litigating employment matters, experience with collective or class actions a plus. Candidates should have experience taking/defending depositions, drafting motions and pleadings, and managing cases fairly independently.
This is one of our favorite L&E groups to work with! They have a great reputation for high level/high stakes employment matters and the partners are some of the best in the business. The firm has a 1950 billable and competitive compensation/bonus structure. Preference given to attorneys already licensed in IL, but the firm will consider relocation attorneys.
