Job Description Summary:
Responsible for the day-to-day requirements of the risk management and insurance programs, including being the daily contact for all applicable parties.
Job Description:
Job Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)
Compile, develop and audit underwriting data for insurance renewal submissions, including workers’ compensation, healthcare professional/general liability, auto, property/business interruption, network security and cyber, D&O, employment practices, fiduciary and crime
Monitor, analyze and report on claim performance and is daily contact on claim issues
Manage and process reports for Monopolistic state insurance coverage
Manage the certificate of insurance request process
Develop and maintain a collaborative partnership with other departments such as accounting, reimbursement, operations as it pertains to insurance renewals and exposure data collection
Manage vendor relationships, including with insurance broker, third-party administrator, fleet leasing company, and driver reimbursement program
Manage risk management projects to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Review insurance language in contracts and in master service agreements for the legal department

Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
At least 1 years of experience in treasury, finance, risk management or accounting
Basic Qualifications
Experience identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve them
Experience with project management (for example: planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives)
Knowledge of the link between analysis and business impact
Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates
Advanced level skill: Excel (example: using Lookup/Index functions, pivot table, creating charts). PowerPoint (example: changing picture styles, customizing animation, setting automatic slide timings).

Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Pay Range is $61,163.18-$101,960.70
