Job Title: Global Field Marketing Team Member

Job Overview:You\'ll be part of a global tech team that creates and manages marketing campaigns to help sell products. You\'ll work with different teams to attract potential customers and increase sales. This role is remote but requires residence in one of the following states: IL, WI, IA, MN, IN, as travel to the Chicago office a few times a month is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and run marketing campaigns for different audiences and regions to turn potential customers into actual customers.
• Organize and manage a series of events called the Oracle Lab program, including planning, working with partners, and following up with attendees. You\'ll also support events in Chicago.
• Create and manage marketing materials and plans based on company strategies.
• Use customer data to send the right content to the right people at the right time.
• Work with marketing leads in different regions (Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Japan, Asia-Pacific) to run campaigns.
• Collaborate with partner teams to develop and execute marketing strategies.
• Coordinate translation and localization of marketing materials with global teams.
• Support global \"Lunch and Learn\" programs with consistent branding and materials.
• Manage internal newsletters and websites related to marketing plans.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• 8+ years in business-to-business (B2B) marketing, field marketing, or campaign management.
• Experience with targeted marketing campaigns for specific customer groups or industries.
• Experience running ongoing event programs.
• Ability to manage digital marketing campaigns from start to finish.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
