Accenture Business Architecture Associate Manager in Chicago, Illinois

Business Architecture Associate Manager (Accenture LLP; Chicago, IL): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Business Architecture Associate Manager in Chicago, IL, and the job duties are as follows:

  • Define, analyze, solve, and document the business requirements and processes for Accenture or our clients’ program/project specifications and objectives.

  • Gather and analyze information to define project specifications and requirements, and review design specifications using a repeatable approach, cohesive framework, and available industry standard techniques.

  • Identify functional changes for new or existing features to meet the business requirements.

  • Write functional specifications using cases and requirements that describe the necessary system changes or new system features.

  • Develop solution, strategy, and functionality, and demonstrate the functional solutions to the business, IT client, and development team.

  • Provide functional support to the development team in using the functional specifications and requirements to develop technical solutions.

  • Understand strategic direction set by senior management and implement methods and procedures set by management.

  • Work with team members to leverage and adapt existing methods and procedures, and create solutions.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.

Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Engaging in Agile Product Management for global workplace solutions;

  • Refining CAD files, incorporating polylines, and revising spatial configurations and orientations to increase operation efficiency in Workplace Service Delivery and Indoor Mapping Products;

  • Contributing to the development of Business Process Designs tailored to global workplace solutions; and

  • Developing innovative mobile solutions by harnessing HID digital access technologies for office badge-in systems.

Must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Leveraging Agile Development software including Azure DevOps to steer and execute product roadmaps;

  • Utilizing HID badge readers and Aruba Bluetooth beacons to develop a mobile solution for the workplace;

  • Conducting comprehensive data collection, analysis, and modeling to facilitate informed decision-making rooted in insights derived from data; and

  • Working with business teams to strategize forward-looking application projects aimed at enhancing and optimizing user experiences across portal and mobile applications for global workplace solutions.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.

Pursuant to the Illinois Pay Transparency law, the offered wage for this role is $145,200.00 per year and information on benefits offered is here.
