Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Attorney/Lawyer in Chicago, Illinois, focused mainly on estate planning, wills, trusts, and probate administration. This role involves providing legal counsel and representation, drafting and reviewing legal documents, managing probate cases, conducting legal research, and collaborating with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver legal counsel and representation in estate planning, wills, trusts, and probate administration matters.

• Create and scrutinize estate planning documents such as living wills, power of attorney forms, and trust agreements.

• Administer probate cases including estate administration and dispute resolution related to inheritance.

• Undertake legal research to ensure adherence to state and federal laws governing estate planning and probate processes.

• Work in concert with clients and stakeholders to provide solutions tailored to their unique needs.

• Advise strategically on reducing tax liabilities and ensuring asset protection.

• Keep abreast of legal trends and updates impacting estate planning and probate law.

• Utilize skills in Estate Planning, Probate & Estate Administration, Probate Law, and Probate Litigation. Requirements • Hold a valid license to practice law in the state.

• Possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

• Display in-depth knowledge and experience in Estate Planning.

• Demonstrate expertise in Probate & Estate Administration.

• Show proficiency in Probate Law.

• Have practical experience in Probate Litigation.

• Exhibit a strong understanding and capability in handling Probate issues.

• Proven ability to interpret laws, rulings, and regulations related to the above-mentioned fields.

• Maintain strong ethical and detail-oriented standards.

• Excellent negotiation, research, and communication skills.

• Display the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Show commitment to ongoing legal education.
