TEKsystems Admin Assistant in Chicago, Illinois

MUST be able to go onsite in the Loop

Description:

As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will be performing diverse and confidential administrative support functions. This role will serve as the overall Employee Experience Co-Lead for the GIS Chicago market as well as an Administrative Assistant providing travel, calendar expense management support to 3-4 executives.

Administrative Support Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Travel coordination (hotel, flight, transportation bookings)

  • Expense collection submission (data entry and coding for submission)

  • Dynamic calendar management (negotiating and delegating meeting events,

  • Coordination of employee engagement events hosted by the executive (townhalls, all hands, offsites, team building events, happy hours etc.)

• Significant time management and prioritization skills

• Advanced skills in Outlook and MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and with time constraints

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Concur or similar experience processing travel and expenses

• Exemplary work ethic and can-do approach

• Ability to learn quickly and handle new responsibilities
