Repacker

POSITION SUMMARY : Repackers are responsible for repacking, restacking, visually inspect modules and/or individual bottles, scrapping, and relabeling operations of palletized glass.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

To perform this job effectively an individual must be able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities in a satisfactory manner - with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Verify the repack, relabel, restacking, or dumping instruction on the Resort Worksheet are correct.

  • Ability to document the load tag number form the current pallet processed onto the Resort Worksheet before the pallet is unwrapped.

  • Ability to construct cardboard trays and cartons.

  • Ability to review line orders at the start of the shift.

  • Ability to communicate with supervisor on any special needs for ware being handled.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE :

The requirements listed below are representative of the minimum education, experience, knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform the job.

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.

REQUIREMENTS:

The requirements listed below are representative of the minimum education, experience, knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform the job.

  • Must be able to understand, read, speak and write in English.

  • Demonstrate ability to correctly detect and classify defects in glassware.

  • Ability to work rotating shifts: 24-7-365.

  • Ability to follow departmental and plant S.O.P.'s.

  • Maintain general housekeeping and 5S.

3rd Shift- 11pm-7am Mon-Fri

$18.32/hr

Pay Details: $18.32 per hour
