Description We are in search of an Attorney/Lawyer specializing in Family Law to join our team based in Maryland. The individual will be entrusted with managing and resolving client issues, maintaining accurate records, and processing relevant legal documents. This role will primarily focus on Family Law and Civil Litigation and will require a comprehensive understanding of related legal proceedings.

Responsibilities:

• Handle family law cases and legal issues effectively and efficiently

• Use Case Management Software for organizing and maintaining client files and legal documents

• Employ Conveyancer and Adobe Acrobat to process legal documents accurately

• Utilize 3M for efficient document management and record-keeping

• Prepare and present briefings to clients and team members on case progress and legal strategies

• Administer and resolve complaints in a detail oriented and timely manner

• Conduct claim administration processes adhering to legal protocols

• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Consumer Electronics for effective case handling

• Engage in civil litigation processes whenever required and represent clients in legal proceedings. Requirements • Must hold a valid license to practice law.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Attorney/Lawyer.

• Proficiency in using 3M and Adobe Acrobat software.

• Experience with Case Management Software and Conveyancer.

• Proficient in Document Management.

• Capable of efficiently briefing clients and colleagues.

• Experience in Civil Litigation is required.

• Must be skilled in Claim Administration.

• Must possess strong complaint handling abilities.

• Knowledge of Consumer Electronics is a plus.

• Familiarity with Family Law is essential.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
