Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Provisioning Logistician II to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing Provisioning Technical Documentation (PTD) and Equipment Data Files (EDFP), maintaining plans, applying technical coding (including Source, Maintenance, and Recoverability (SMandR) codes), and creating Provisioning Parts Lists (PPLs) in ICAPS C/S to develop and/or update Allowance Parts Lists (APLs). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applying APL worthiness rules to determine APL-worthy components and identifying maintenance-significant parts on equipment drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and Analyze Documentation: Evaluate PTD and EDFP for accuracy and completeness.

  • Maintain Plans: Ensure maintenance plans are up-to-date and in compliance with required standards.

  • Technical Coding: Apply technical codes, including SMandR codes, to relevant documents and lists.

  • Create PPLs: Develop and update Provisioning Parts Lists (PPLs) in ICAPS C/S.

  • Update APLs: Create and maintain Allowance Parts Lists (APLs) based on analysis and technical coding.

  • Determine APL Worthiness: Apply APL worthiness rules to identify components suitable for inclusion.

  • Identify Maintenance Parts: Locate and document maintenance-significant parts on equipment drawings.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: High School diploma or GED.

  • Experience:

``` - Minimum of three (3) years experience in reviewing and analyzing PTD/EDFP and maintenance plans.

  • Experience in applying technical coding, including SMandR codes.

  • Proven track record in creating Provisioning Parts Lists (PPLs) in ICAPS C/S.

  • Experience in applying APL worthiness rules to determine APL-worthy components.

  • Ability to identify maintenance-significant parts on equipment drawings.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
