Job Description

We are looking for a highly seasoned Senior Principal Product Manager possessing extensive expertise in the banking sector. This individual will lead product development efforts, specifically addressing the requirements of Corporate Banking. . The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of corporate banking accounts management across diverse geographic regions. This individual will play a pivotal role in engaging with customers, consulting organizations, and integrating their specific requirements into our product functionality. Additionally, the candidate will address the functional training requirements within the team, enabling effective response to RFP requirements and seamless engagement with prospects

Responsibilities

As a member of the product development division, as a Senior Principal Product Manager you will

• Utilize extensive banking experience to manage corporate accounts effectively across different geographies.

• Engage with customers and consulting organizations to understand their needs and integrate requirements into product functionality.

• Lead the development and execution of product strategies tailored to the banking sector.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.

• Provide Functional Training and guidance to the team.

• Ensure product quality by developing and implementing comprehensive functional test plans, collaborating with the quality assurance team to validate product functionality and performance.

• Act as a subject matter expert in responding to RFP requirements and engaging with prospects to demonstrate product capabilities.

• Gather additional requirements from prospects and incorporate them into product roadmap and development plans.

• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to drive innovation and maintain product relevance.
