Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Business Analyst with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Guidewire products and Business Analysis & Planning. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts and does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our business processes and ensuring the successful implementation of Guidewire solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for Guidewire implementations

• Oversee the configuration and customization of Guidewire products to meet business needs

• Provide expert guidance on the use of Guidewire ClaimCenter PolicyCenter BillingCenter and ContactManager

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements

• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements and processes

• Ensure that all Guidewire solutions are aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements

• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements

• Work closely with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of Guidewire solutions

• Provide ongoing support and training to users of Guidewire products

• Monitor and report on the progress of Guidewire implementation projects

• Identify and mitigate risks associated with Guidewire implementations

• Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter PolicyCenter BillingCenter and ContactManager

• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Have a proven track record of successfully implementing Guidewire solutions

• Show proficiency in business analysis and planning

• Display knowledge of claim file management is a plus

Certifications Required

Guidewire Certification CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
