Job Description:

Requirements Elicitation, Understanding, Analysis, & Management

• Understand the project's Vision and requirements, and contribute to the creation of the supplemental requirements, building the low-level technical specifications for a particular platform and/or service solution.

Project Planning, Tracking, & Reporting

• Estimate the tasks and resources required to design, create (build), and test the code for assigned module(s).

• Provide inputs in creating the detailed schedule for the project.

• Support the team in project planning activities, in evaluating risks, and shuffle priorities based on unresolved issues.

• During development and testing, ensure that assigned parts of the project/modules are on track with respect to schedules and quality.

• Note scope changes within the assigned modules and work with the team to shuffle priorities accordingly.

• Communicate regularly with the team about development changes, scheduling, and status.

• Participate in project review meetings.

• Tracking and reporting progress for assigned modules

Management of RPA Support team responsible for project Enhancements and Break Fixes using UiPath Assignment of Service Now / Jira tickets to developer and track them to closer within timeline Understanding of The ITIL process and handling the Change / Release management of the UiPath package releases Coordination with Production Support team Coordination with Project Sponsor/Business Owner/SME Drive Continuous Improvement of existing Bots’ code / Architecture to drive better straight through processing of Transactions. Ensuring quality automation using Quality Assurance (QA) processes and preventing any potential bugs. Drive project performance monitoring and reporting. Understand and derive the L5 process flows from process walkthroughs / recordings Create Business case with Cost Benefits Analysis Identification, communication, monitoring, and mitigation of the Risks / Challenges for the projects and review with process Stakeholders Management of Projects in as per Agile – SAFe / Kanban approaches using Jira Board Managing delivery team of 8 – 10 Simultaneous management of 3-5 projects and or work with stakeholders to achieve project goal & objectives Ensure Architectural best practices are being followed Represent Automation team in various review meetings with leadership team

Expected Profile

Overall, 9 - 12 Years of IT experience in that minimum 2 – 4 years of L2 Support Team Management experience for UIPath Projects Sound knowledge of RPA - UiPath Platform and its usage in Insurance domain with Process Optimization ideas. Should have experience in cross team co-ordination skills – ability to interact with multiple project stakeholders including external testing team to achieve project success Should have technical understanding of how the different multiple technologies can ease out the process automation to integrate using UiPath. Strong communication skills – Written and Oral. Role requires drafting various reports & periodic email communication with project stakeholders Ability to address and resolve project challenges / risks in an effective and timely manner to the satisfaction of all stakeholders Knowledge of Jira / Kanban Boards, Project reporting methods are mandatory Should be able to present solutions at code walk throughs, design reviews & User Demos. Capability and skills to drive development team to agree and follow the industry best practices and provide sign off for the production releases. Should be worked with stakeholders to identify the root-cause & figure out solution / approaches for implementation on any Production bot outages or defects
