We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about baking and have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Duties:
Prepare a variety of baked goods such as bread, pastries, cakes, cheesecakes and cookies
Follow recipes and production schedules to meet customer demands
Operate baking equipment including mixers, ovens, and proofing cabinets
Ensure quality control standards are met for all products
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
Experience:
Previous experience in food production or culinary field
Knowledge of baking techniques and methods
Familiarity with pastry and dessert preparation
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
Experience working in a restaurant or bakery setting is a plus

We have certain recipes of ours we would teach you and then there will also be room for you to do your own thing and showcase your talents. When you work you will have the bakery all to yourself, must be adverse at working independently. Responsibilities include keeping our pie case full of cream and fruit pies and keeping our pastry case full
