Job Description Responsibilities Develops new or modified process formulations, defines processing or handling equipment requirements and specifications, and reviews processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication, and evaluation of products. Design and execute process optimization experiments; characterize, compile, and analyze test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for equipment, process, or material specifications. Responsible for quality execution of all experiments and material processed through the tool, including internal process development activities and customer demonstrations. Collaborate with customer engineers and managers as a technical interface, managing input for customer demo and integration experiments. Participate in various integration and strategic activities relevant to this product and customer with internal business units Assist in troubleshooting field issues with regard to tool performance Work in partnership with TEL factory and product team, sales and marketing groups, and other functional areas, to prepare changes, additions, and modifications which will facilitate customer adoption and improve quality of process equipment. Preferred Qualifications: Must be able to work in teams as well as individually Some travel to TMEA factories for development, training, or other activities is required (travel < 25%) Typical Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree Required Physical Demands and Work Conditions The physical demands described herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required, which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 35 pounds. This position also requires 4 to 6 hours per day at a computer screen/keyboard.
