Wells Fargo Technology Service Management Product Delivery Lead in CHARLOTTE, North Carolina
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Service Management Product Delivery Lead that will drive strategic integration across products in the Service Management Product and adjacent products such as Observability, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM). This role is a key and strategic role in mapping inter product dependencies, multi-year product road alignment, and product strategy related to critical initiatives for Technology Stability Deliverables and risk management enablement in the IT Service Management Product Areas.
In this role, you will:
Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management
Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large scale solutions. Drive financial and business case development
Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational
Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership
Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
5+ years of Agile and Product experience
4+ years of experience leading delivery of technology releases and deployments for mid to large business units in a large corporate environment
Desired Qualifications:
Ability to influence and communication across all organizational levels, particularly executive management
Strong understanding of Incident, Change, and Problem (IT Service Management)
Experience with Agile tools and methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, and Jira
Experience leading large planning efforts across multiple product teams, including financial planning
Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results driven environment
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Assisting the product manager with gaining transparency to risks, dependencies, and impediments within and outside the product
Experience in machine learning or artificial intelligence is a plus

Pay Range
$120,400.00 - $287,600.00
