Description We are in search of a Parts and Service Product Support Specialist to join our team in the machinery manufacturing industry, located in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity where you will be instrumental in supporting our parts and service department, dealing with customer inquiries, and maintaining an efficient and reliable system.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently respond to inbound customer inquiries related to parts and service.

• Skillfully utilize various computer programs and ERP solutions such as IBM AS/400 and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne for efficient work processes.

• Accurately perform billing functions and ensure all customer records are up-to-date.

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all customer needs are met and exceeded.

• Maintain a strong knowledge base of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

• Coordinate with various departments to resolve issues and provide comprehensive support.

• Uphold punctuality and consistency in reporting and completing tasks.

• Demonstrate strong communication skills in all interactions with customers and team members.

• Ensure all tasks are completed with a long-term perspective in mind, contributing to the overall growth of the company. Requirements • Proficient knowledge and practical experience in various computer programs.

• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, and ability to effectively utilize ERP Solutions.

• Experience with IBM AS/400 and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne systems.

• Proficiency in using About Time software.

• Experience in answering inbound calls in a detail oriented and efficient manner.

• Ability to handle billing functions accurately and in a timely manner.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality customer service.

• Familiarity with machinery manufacturing industry.
