Siemens Energy is currently seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Offer and Order Management Manager to establish and lead a team at our new Transformers Repair Center Factory at Charlotte, North Carolina, USA! The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing and leading the offer and order management team, including hiring, training, and developing team members to ensure a high-performing and cohesive unit. You will also be accountable for managing the offer and order management processes to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Build and lead a successful offer and order management team that supports the factory's operational objectives.

• Implement efficient and effective processes and systems to ensure the timely and accurate processing of customer orders, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and retention.

• Collaborate with sales, technical, production, finance, and logistics teams to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of customer orders.

• Oversee the configuration and implementation of CRM and ERP systems tailored to the specific needs of the factory's offer and order management requirements.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and contribute to the factory's success in the power transformer repair and revamp market.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications would be an advantage.

• 10+ years of experience in the related field as mentioned above. Candidates with more experience can be considered for a higher level or vice-versa.

• Proven leadership experience in offer and order management within a manufacturing or industrial environment, with a track record of successfully building and leading teams.

• Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective process improvements.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to offer and order management.

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English is necessary.

• Effective co-ordination with manufacturing, suppliers, and customer

• Experience with SAP & Salesforce is an added advantage.

• If not local the candidate must be willing to relocate to Charlotte-NC area.
