Honeywell NPI Coordinator - Marketing & Commercialization in Charlotte, North Carolina

As an NPI Coordinator - Marketing & Commercialization here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the marketing and commercialization activities for new product introductions (NPIs). Your primary responsibility is to ensure the successful launch of new products into the market, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies, drive customer engagement, and maximize sales opportunities. Your expertise will contribute to the overall success of our NPIs, helping us achieve our business objectives and maintain a competitive edge in the market. You will report directly to our Marketing Manager and you'll work out of both the Fort Mill, SC and the Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the company by playing a key role in the successful launch of new products, driving customer engagement, and maximizing sales opportunities. Your coordination and support will ensure that our NPIs are effectively marketed and commercialized, leading to increased revenue and market share. This individual will be instrumental in managing the go-to-market strategy and ensuring a successful product launch.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate closely with Offering Management and Product Marketing teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies.

  • Manage project timelines and deliverables related to marketing and commercial activities for new product launches.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and readiness for market entry.

  • Monitor and report on timeline new product launch campaigns and commercial activities, adjusting strategies as needed.

  • Facilitate communication between all stakeholders, ensuring clarity of marketing goals and responsibilities.

  • Understand business needs, and deadlines to inform targeted marketing execution on time.

  • Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials to enable sales, ensuring they resonate with target audiences and communicate unique value propositions.

  • Lead post-launch marketing reviews to gather insights and optimize future product marketing launch plans.

  • Proactively manage the day-to-day tactics and execution of marketing activities for select MarCom Programs across physical and digital touchpoints

  • You will be responsible for providing day-to-day marketing and administrative support for the Product Marketing and Campaign Management Team to ensure product commercialization activities are planned, tracked, and executed.

  • Monitor pipeline, bookings and shipments for New Products before and after their releases, and offer suggestions for improvement.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on product commercialization.

  • Ability to work at both the Charlotte, NC and Fort Mill, SC locations

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or engineering.

  • Project Management or Lean Six certification a plus

  • Prior experience working in marketing, product management, project management or engineering.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics

  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies.

  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management

  • Knowledge of SalesForce, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • SAP knowledge a plus

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience in the safety/PPE industry is a plus.

This role is #Hybrid, which means working three days onsite and two days remotely. All new hires are required to be fully onsite for the first 90 days of employment. This role reports to two locations. Candidates must be able to travel to both locations.
