In this role, you will:

  • Lead a team in planning, execution and measurement of marketing data assets across multiple channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, product, and analytic infrastructure teams to develop data sharing and syncing to communicate overall business results

  • Design, implement, and analyze new data products and processes that enable continuously optimized campaign performance and efficiency

  • Ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to achieve business goals

  • Build analytical capabilities and manage modeling, forecasting, reporting, and data distribution tools and processes

  • Manage and motivate a team of analytic professionals, providing guidance, support and coaching to ensure that each team member is able to reach their full potential

  • Advise more experienced leadership and executive management on issues with high, critical impact on the success of the company

  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in marketing, leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation and continuously improve campaign performance

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • 4+ years of management experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous experience leading data/analytics teams in Banking or Financial Services

  • Demonstrated marketing experience with production data

  • Advanced degree in a quantitative field

  • Proven experience leading a team and driving results through marketing campaigns

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data and insights to inform marketing decisions

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams

  • Demonstrated experience with statistical testing and performance optimization

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule
