Resideo Lifecycle Marketing Specialist in Charlotte, North Carolina

The Lifecycle Marketing Specialist will work collaboratively across a highly cross-functional environment to support the execution of data-driven marketing strategies that increase customer engagement, retention, and share of wallet. This person will manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle—planning, building, launching, and analyzing performance—across email, website, and social channels. A successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organization, possess strong analytical skills, and be comfortable balancing creative and technical execution. Attention to detail, strategic thinking, and a passion for continuous optimization are essential to succeed in this role.

JOB DUTIES:

Execute lifecycle marketing campaigns across owned channels, including email, website, and social media, in alignment with business objectives and customer journey stages

Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Product, Partner Support, and Creative Services to plan, prioritize, and deliver high-impact marketing programs

Develop audience segmentation strategies and conduct A/B testing to optimize performance and drive engagement

Track and analyze campaign results to inform future strategy, continuously improving reach, relevance, and revenue

Maintain visibility across stakeholders by proactively communicating timelines, deliverables, and outcomes

Ensure marketing assets are accurate, timely, and aligned with brand and messaging guidelines

YOU MUST HAVE:

2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or channel marketing environment

Experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on customer lifecycle

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights

Experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple projects in parallel

Proficiency in Excel and Salesforce; knowledge of A/B testing and campaign performance metrics

WE VALUE:

Experience with Power BI or other BI tools for dashboarding and performance tracking

Working knowledge of email marketing platforms/best practices

Familiarity with CRM best practices and marketing automation tools
