Prince Telecom is seeking a Fiber Optic Repair & Maintenance Supervisor in the Raleigh, NC area to join our team and help connect America.
Salary: $50,000 - $65,000/yr (based on experience)
Job Type: Full Time
What you’ll do…
Assist with the development and execution of projects and plans supporting the organization
Supervise day to day activities/project teams and project progress
Establish administrative guidance on project execution and ensure compliance with predetermined project deliverables
Ensure adherence to project budgets and provide updates on monthly variance reports
Identify and course correct project issues and risks, and assist in the development of response plans to resolve
Understand current and future business goals and ongoing issues
Supervise staff to ensure the organization's activities are conducted accurately, ethically, consistently and according to relevant regulations, laws, and standards.
Perform mandatory job site inspections to ensure employee compliance
Who we are looking for…
Minimum 1 year fiber optic experience
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Must live within 80 miles of Garner, NC
Must be able to work a very flexible schedule
Team player
Supervisory experience preferred
Must have a valid driver's license
