Our client is looking to add a Desktop Support Technician to join their team. This person will be working on differentiated deployments, moves, adds and changes, site surveys, hardware based work, this is not desktop or user support but they may perform troubleshooting as it relates to re-imaging, blue screen, Hardware and Software issues.

Top Skills' Details

1.) Must have at least a year of experience with hardware support, office workstation set ups and good cable management.

2.) Large enterprise experience is a plus.

3.) Must be reliable and professional, must be flexible with working evening and weekends when needed.

Experience in a fast-paced high request volume environment is critical. Must have very strong communication skills (both written and oral). Ability to multi-task and have prior experience with common request management ticketing systems. Prior experience with change management is a plus. Ability to consistently meet or exceed performance targets and goals correlated with complex MAC (Move Add Change) request management and meet tight deadlines in a demanding environment. Required to be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge/exposure to the telecommunications environment is desired coordination with vendors, site surveys, ordering, and final desk level confirmation needed Ordering and Set Up- Configure and order if needed technology prior to return to office Day 1 and complete any moves as needed.
