TEKsystems Business Execution Consultant 3 - Contingent in Charlotte, North Carolina

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Execution Consultant for a long term assignment. In this role, you will provide crucial support to the board and fund team at a well-established and highly respected financial company.

Job Title : Business Execution Consultant 3

Placement Type : Contract (58 weeks) with potential to extend/grow

Pay Rate : $50/hr based on experience

Location : Charlotte, NC

Schedule : Hybrid - 3 days in office per week (Wednesday's are required)

Key Responsibilities :

  • The contractor will assist the Board and fund team with syndicated and bi-lateral loans, particularly when loans close. Their main responsibilities include setting up loans and entering data into Loan IQ for reporting and servicing, posting fees, logging funding information, and supporting various ad-hoc projects. This role is needed due to an increase in activity while transitioning systems from AFS to Loan IQ.

Top Qualifications :

  • Loan IQ: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Loan IQ platform

  • Loan Booking and Processing: Proficient in booking loans and utilizing Loan IQ for data management

  • Syndicated and Bilateral Loans: In-depth understanding of documentation and processes related to syndicated and bilateral loans

  • Microsoft Excel & Outlook: User level proficiency in Excel and Outlook for daily operations

  • Commercial Loan Operations: Strong knowledge of commercial loan operations and associated workflows
