Description We are seeking a Billing Clerk to join our team in the Printing/Publishing industry in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity where you will be primarily responsible for processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and troubleshooting customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle customer credit applications

• Accurately maintain customer credit records

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems for various Accounting Functions

• Manage Computerized Billing and generate Billing Statements

• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) operations

• Use Microsoft Excel and Excel Formulas for accounting tasks

• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as needed Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential

• Must be familiar with Computerized Billing

• Ability to perform Accounting Functions is required

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must

• Knowledge of Excel Formulas is necessary

• Experience in Billing is required

• Ability to prepare and manage Billing Statements is crucial
